  • Obligation List

    Please use this sheet to indicate if a student has any pending obligation to the school/teacher. All school-issued technology (laptop, Mifi, etc.) must be returned to the school.

    If a student has a damaged or lost device, please refer the student to a school administrator.

    IMPORTANT: The staff who issued the device is responsible for ensuring that the device is returned back to the school
